At Glittered Memories, every piece is handcrafted with love, care, and attention to detail. Because of the personalized and custom nature of our creations, we want to be transparent about how returns and refunds are handled.
Custom Orders

All keepsakes are made to order and personalized. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We encourage customers to provide high-resolution photos, as image quality directly affects the beauty of the final piece. We cannot offer refunds for low-quality images provided.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this time, we begin the creation process and cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect orders that cannot be replaced.

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.
