Shipping Policy

Each piece is made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order is shipped. 

Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee. 

We currently ship within the United States (international shipping coming soon). 

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched. 

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. 

Every keepsake is packaged in protective wrapping and placed in a sturdy box. 

Orders include a certificate of authenticity, care instructions, and a thank-you card. 

If your order is a gift, we can include a personalized message at no additional cost. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Glittered Memories is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or repair. 

Lost packages must be reported within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.
